Refund policy
There are no exchanges or refunds except in rare occasion the products arrives damaged.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned- any and all personalized products. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
